Nick specialises in investment and retail agency with extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of retail properties behalf of institutions, property companies, receivers, trusts and private individuals. Nick previously worked for Knight Frank in London and is an expert in the South Wales following 13 years at Cooke & Arkwright, Cardiff. Nick also has detailed knowledge of the West Country.

Nick has successfully advised a number of clients on their retail expansion in South Wales and the South West, including various Starbucks Franchises and Dominos franchisee. Clients have included Foldrive Group, David Samuel Properties and, VALAD on investments in the South Wales and South West region.
