Nick Carter - Agency/Investment

Nick specialises in retail and leisure agency and investment and has extensive experience across South Wales and the South West having worked previously with Hartnell Taylor Cook, Bristol and King Sturge (Jones Lang LaSalle) where he ran the retail agency team in Cardiff. Nick is particularly active on Queen Street, Cardiff and acts in an asset management and letting capacity on a number of shopping centre and retail holdings across the region.

In addition to a number of high profile letting instructions, Nick also provides specialist retail investment advice to clients, combining a strong understanding of occupational demand with a comprehensive appreciation of the capital markets.
